In BDEO TECHNOLOGIES SL, hereinafter BDEO, we or the company, owner of this Website, scrupulously comply with all the regulations regarding data protection that are applicable to us and we have implemented all the technical and organizational measures necessary to guarantee a level security appropriate to the risk, thus avoiding its alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access.

3. What kind of processing are carried out by BDEO?

Below we explain what processing we perform. We have differentiated each processing and purpose so that you can understand it clearly.

In case of accessing the BDEO App, the personal data that you provide us will be processed in accordance with the conditions of service that you have previously accepted by checking the corresponding box when accepting the Terms and Conditions of Use. The use of BDEO App is granted by the entity through which you access the services of the App.

For what purpose do we process your data?

(i) If you contact us through a form (to test our technology, contact, access to events or activities, solve any doubt, query, download Report...) we will process your data only to proceed with your request, any action derived from the same or for the purposes indicated in the form.

(ii) If by submitting a form or subscribing to our Newsletter you have accepted the sending of our Bdeo Communications, we will process your data to periodically send you communications by email that may include information on our latest news and advertising of our products or services.

(iii) If you send us your CV to join BDEO or apply for a job offer through a form, we will process your data in those recruitment processes that may fit and only for recruitment processes. For how long we will process your data?

(i) Your data will be kept until your request or actions derived from it are resolved.

(ii) BDEO will process your data as long as your subscription to our communications is not canceled and it is still necessary for the aforementioned purpose.

(iii) Your data will be kept only if your profile adapts to the profiles that we usually search for, otherwise it will be deleted. If this matches to our profiles, we will ask you to register in our employment portal and they will be kept in accordance with the privacy policy of the same.

What is the legal basis for the processing of your personal data?

With whom will we share your data?

In general, and in accordance with the applicable data protection legislation, we will try to process your request as soon as possible, but the legal deadline is one month from the receipt of your request. This period may be extended for two more months if necessary due to the complexity of the request. In any case, we will inform you about it.

If you want to stop receiving BDEO Communications, you can do so by responding to the same email indicating that you do not want to receive such communications through the link included or the method indicated in each of the communications you receive.

5. Privacy notice of Social Networks

BDEO has created profiles and pages on social networks to stay connected with you.

BDEO informs you that, when you request to follow us on our profiles or social network pages, we will treat your personal data (always in accordance with your privacy settings in the corresponding social network and its privacy notice) in order to include you as one of our followers and interact with you.

BDEO allows all Users to make comments and give their opinions freely, but to maintain the proper functionality of social networks and preserve a pleasant environment, some basic rules of participation must be followed. For this, we reserve the right to remove your comments, images and any other content from this page if:

  • Not appropriate language is used, such as vulgarity, profanity, hatred or anything else that is considered offensive in nature.
  • Any person, BDEO, organization or social groups are harassed or threatened.

Social Networks offer various functionalities that allow Users to interact with other Users, such as making comments or giving opinions on the comments of others.
