S&G Response integrates Bdeo AI to streamline and empower claims management

This strategic collaboration will help S&G Response to reduce management time and operational costs in their claims management processes effectively, improving the customer experience.
Innovation in claims management
S&G Response is recognised in the automotive market for providing innovative solutions to insurers, brokers, intermediaries, and automobile manufacturers. Faced with continued rapid growth, S&G Response identified the need to streamline certain processes to optimise efficiency and reduce reliance on manual intervention in its claims management process. How Bdeo transforms S&G claims management
Thanks to the integration of Bdeo´s Visual Intelligence, S&G Response has implemented an innovate, AI-powered damage detection solution that begins with the drivers of damaged vehicles. This tool allows the driver/owner to take photos of the damage vehicle using their phone. The images are then processed by Bdeo´s technology to instantly detect damaged parts, including damage severity and type. Damages are triaged according to criteria defined by S&G Response. This drives the claim to the most suitable resolution option, whether it be mobile repair, bodyshop booking, assessor review of potential total loss.
This significantly accelerates case resolution, prevents unnecessary transfers, standardises information, enables a digital channel for case tracking, and reduces operational costs.
