We make odometer reading easier thanks to our Visual Intelligence technology

Odometer reading is extremely important for insurance companies, both for policy underwriting and claims management processes. However, it is not always easy to read. In many cases it depends on the odometer typology of the inspected vehicle, which can present the information in analogue or digital form.

For this reason, and in order to provide this information to insurers, we have started to apply our Visual Intelligence technology to the reading of vehicle odometers.

In addition, this information will also be key for companies when it comes to avoiding and reducing fraud, as it will be possible to verify that the figure that appears on the odometer at the time of analysis is the real one.

With this new add-on, which we add to the one we recently launched for automatic excess recommendation, we continue our commitment to optimising many of the insurers' processes thanks to automation.
